Refund Policy of Genius Public School
At Genius Public School, we aim to maintain complete transparency in all financial matters. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which fees may be refunded to parents or guardians.
1. Admission Fee
The admission and registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable under normal circumstances. Any exception may be considered only at the discretion of school management in special cases such as medical emergencies or relocation.
2. Tuition Fee Refund
Refund of tuition fees may be considered under the following conditions:
- If a student withdraws before the commencement of the academic session, a partial refund may be granted after deduction of administrative charges.
- If withdrawal occurs after the session begins, the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the period attended.
3. Other Fees
Fees related to uniforms, books, transport, excursions, activities, and other services are generally non-refundable once availed.
Refunds in exceptional cases may be considered on an individual basis.
4. Refund Procedure
To apply for a refund, parents/guardians must:
- Submit a written application to the school office.
- Provide valid reasons for withdrawal.
- Attach required supporting documents, if applicable.
- Submit bank account details for refund processing.
Refund requests will be reviewed by the management and processed within 30 working days, subject to approval.

Approved refunds will be made through:
- Bank Transfer
- Account Payee Cheque
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to refunds shall be resolved by the school management. The decision of the management will be final and binding.
